Vineyard Medical Care serves year-round island and seasonal residents and welcomes vacationing visitors who require medical attention. Our office in Vineyard Haven provides seasonal walk-in care and schedules appointments year-round, offering another option for sudden illnesses. Avoid unnecessary and costly hospital emergency room visits when care is needed for common medical problems. In addition, the following services are also offered:

Same day or next day appointments possible
On-site laboratory testing is offered for the convenience of our patients and at a lower cost. We accept most insurance plans and provide patient billing assistance for the remainder.
Vineyard Medical Care offers a Chronic Care Management Program for those individuals on Medicare with multiple chronic health issues. This program aims to promote wellness between office visits and is administered by a Chronic Care Coordinator through monthly telephone calls. There are no additional charges for those primary care patients covered by Medicare and Medigap policies. Patients wishing more information are invited to contact us at 508-693-4400 and select the option to speak with one of our nurses.
